Especially when I have Saturday free! (Can anyone say “thrift storing!”) So here we have, yet again, another collection of my on-again, off-again Friday linkage series.

- I agree that a world with no books (or bookstores) sounds awful, although for some different reasons than John Updike, the author of this piece. I just like books, and would hate to see them disappear.
