moving day

My room is empty now. Well, if by “empty” you mean “devoid of most of my clothes and my vintage purse collection but still full of wedding related stuff.” We packed my books, my shoes, my summer clothes. I sent my pictures, all the gifts recieved thus far. It’s closer to empty now. My bridesmaids gifts are stacked against one wall, my dress hangs on the closet door, my veil pours down from its hanger, the cruise suitcase sits, half-packed, on the floor.
And yesterday was the last time I’ll have to say goodbye to Mr. Man.
Thirteen more days.
