sometimes I eat hot pockets

And sometimes I cook. Things like curried napa cabbage with carrots, braised in chicken broth, with sugar snap peas and nuggets of tofu, and every so often I run across a shred of pickled ginger, sparkling against the heat of the curry. There are swirls of whole-wheat angelhair, and everything is bathed in the creamy sweetness of coconut milk.
Remind me why I eat hotpockets?
